Give something back by donating to your local hospice when you make a will

Making a will is one of life’s most important tasks, yet it’s often neglected. We get it. Things get busy, so it might fall to the bottom of your priorities list. But a will is your best bet for safeguarding the future of your loved ones’ when you die. It’s a way to secure your assets and ensure your life’s hard work is passed on.

At Beaumont Legal, we believe the best time to write a will is now. We also believe in supporting our local community. With this in mind, we’ve partnered with Wakefield Hospice for Make a Will Week. The hospice is a local charity with a purpose-built palliative care unit; they ensure patients and families have the most peaceful experience possible, when someone is terminally ill.

For Make a Will Week, we’re asking you to donate money to the hospice, instead of taking payments ourselves.

Beaumont Legal spokesperson Leah Rothwell says the company is proud to support this local event and charity.

“The work that the hospice do is inspiring, and the lives they touch and help makes such a difference. Keep up your fantastic work,” she says.

If you need to write a will, we’ll be offering our services for a donation to Wakefield Hospice from September 24-28. Clients will be asked to make a suggested minimum donation of £100 for a basic single will or £150 for a basic mirror will.
